Love for Family

As I was watching Kelly loves Tony, I was reminded of my own family, more specifically my brother. He had a child when he was just 19, he didn’t live with us and had no support and no way to know how to raise a child. Tony reminds me of my brother because they both had to start working for their families and pursue a better life. My brother was also considered a criminal as he used to be in a gang and like Tony he was also an immigrant but fortunately for my brother he wasn’t in danger of being deported. I consider Tony a strong person as he does his best for his family and does the least to worry them.

Kelly is also a strong person as she goes back to school and tries to get a higher education to attain a job which will benefit her son in the future. The difference between Kelly and Tony is that Kelly isn’t complacent with what she has and wants to be better than who she is. It’s not to say that Tony is complacent with what he has, it is only the lack of understanding of why Kelly wants to go to college. He still supports her which is better than undermining her for what she is doing. They are both strong people and are great parents.
